How to request a record.
HBGSchindlers publishes a PAIA Manual in accordance with section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, as amended.
The current manual identifies Ms SJ Thackwell as Information Officer and explains the categories of records held, records available without formal request, the prescribed request procedure, response periods and applicable statutory fees.
