The firm’s published Privacy Policy took effect on 24 June 2025 and identifies the Managing Partner as policy owner.
It covers the collection and use of personal information for legal services, client onboarding, regulatory compliance, recruitment, website administration and authorised communications. It also addresses security safeguards, retention, data-subject rights, cross-border transfers and privacy incidents.

- Request correction or deletion where applicable.
- Object to processing or request a restriction.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
